Registration for the 2018 BDSRA Conference is now live!
We look forward to seeing you July 19 – 22, 2018 in Nashville, TN for the 2018 BDSRA Family Conference! The deadline to register and be guaranteed a conference t-shirt is June 27, 2018. A Word About Hotel Reservations
- Room Block and Rates: BDSRA has reserved a block of room at the Nashville Airport Marriott for attendees. The discounted group rate is $139.00 per night plus tax (currently at 15.25% plus $2.50 city occupancy fee).

- If you require an ADA accessible room or suite please contact Judy Gero at (615) 872-2834. She is primarily in the office from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Monday – Friday.
- Reservation Deadline: All reservations must be made by Wednesday, June 27, 2018 in order to secure the discounted rate.
Stipend Information
These stipends are available thanks to generous donors who want to be sure that families who need financial support are able to attend the conference. Click here for the stipend application form. Deadline to submit is April 20, 2018. Please contact Tracy Kirby at tkirby@bdsra.org or 614-973-6013 for more information.
The Canadian Chapter has a small fund to be used for stipends on a first-come first-served basis. Please contact Bev at canadabdsra@gmail.com.
Please note: If you are submitting a stipend application, we advise you to confirm your registration but hold off on processing payment until you receive notice regarding your application.
