Get the full experience of the Annual Conference by accessing the mobile app or web-based platform by networking with other attendees, exploring the agenda and chatting virtually.

• CLICK HERE to download the mobile app or web-based platform.
• You will be able to join the conference sessions from the platform.
• If you utilized the conference mobile app previously, you already have an account and may login with your existing email and password. If you do not remember your password, you will be able to reset.
• If you are a new user:
• Enter your email address and click CONTINUE.
• You will be prompted to enter a password and confirm it. This will sign you up and allow you to access the platform.
• Once you login to your existing account or create a new profile, you will be prompted for the event code: SPACEMAN

Once in the conference platform, you will be able to join the sessions under the AGENDA tab. Each session that will be live streamed will have the text ‘Video Stream’ visible. Fifteen minutes prior to the start of each live streamed session, a link entitled "Join Live Stream" will appear.

All sessions are not available virtually. If the session is available virtually, it will be noted in the agenda.

Please note, each virtual session has a different webinar/meeting link. There will be a mixed format for the conference sessions. Each live streamed session will indicate if it is a zoom meeting or webinar. If the session is a zoom meeting, you are encouraged to turn on your camera and interact with the presenters and attendees; however, we ask that you mute yourself unless you have a question or comment. If the session is a webinar, you will be muted and you will not be able to turn on your camera. If you have a question, please use the Q&A feature.

Session and Overall Evaluations:

The conference survey can be found within the conference app. Please click on the conference survey icon to be directed to the online survey. Your feedback is extremely important to us and will be used for future planning, so please take the time to complete the short survey. We appreciate your time and feedback.

Recordings:

All virtual sessions will be recorded and available within one week following the conference. Recordings will be viewable in the app for up to one year. Additional information on how to view the recordings will be emailed when they are available.
